Description

How to reproduce
  • Login into backend
  • Enable Admin panel
  • Visit page in frontend => you see a TRUNCATE sql query on the rootline cache table

https://review.typo3.org/c/Packages/TYPO3.CMS/+/79656 introduced that behaviour
