Remove unneeded foreign_table_field definiton from workspaces

Description
the TCA configuration for the field custom_stages of table sys_workspace defines foreign_field and foreign_table_field, but only one table can actually be used in this context. So the definition of foreign_table_field can be removed without side effects.
