Workspace-Exception: fail of copy of a page, if the page contains content-elements with file-relations and if you work with workspaces

Description

The error only occurs in the workspaces-area.

When I copy a page that contains the content element images, I get an exception in the Workspaces area. (See screenshot)

Workaround:
If I set the similiar definitions for the tables sys_files(needed?), sys_file_reference and sys_file_metadata via TCA/Overrides/*.php:

$GLOBALS['TCA']['sys_file_reference']['ctrl']['sortby'] = 'sorting';

the exception no longer occurs.
