Command install:fixfolderstructure requires fileadmin folder

Description
I have a setup where the first file storage is not in directory fileadmin but a directory called files. But I still need the folder because of the command install:fixfolderstructure. Otherwise composer update would lead to an error. Maybe the directory name could be set via a variable and fileadmin in case the variable is not set.

Thanks for the report.
The install:fixfolderstructure command is not a
TYPO3 Core command. This command is part of the TYPO3 console extension from Helmut Hummel. See: https://docs.typo3.org/p/helhum/typo3-console/main/en-us/CommandReference/InstallFixfolderstructure.html#:~:text=Automatically%20create%20files%20and%20folders,needed%20for%20TYPO3%20including%20extensions.
So I suggest, that you head over to the corresponding github repository and create an issue there, so Helmut can react on this and give a more suitable answer.
