FAl makes online folder offline

Description
After upgrading to 11.5.35 FAL makes a online file storage (above root) offline. It gives the error "1/1) #1390290029 TYPO3\CMS\Core\Resource\Exception\InsufficientFolderReadPermissionsException
You are trying to use a method on the inaccessible folder "_processed_"."
I can't use backend and frontend anymore.

Thank you for your report. It seems you have to configure BE/lockRootPath in your setup. Please see the according changelog entry at https://docs.typo3.org/c/typo3/cms-core/main/en-us/Changelog/11.5.x/Important-102800-FileAbstractionLayerEnforcesAbsolutePathsToMatchProjectRootOrLockRootPath.html.
