Description
Javascript and CSS files automatically get a cache-busting GET parameter (filemtime timestamp) when versionNumberInFilename is activated.
It would be helpful to have an attribute to the <f:uri.resource> view helper to get this behavior for manual file includes.
GeneralUtility::createVersionNumberedFilename() is used for CSS and JS files, and the same could be used for <f:uri.resource>.
