Accessing a TYPO3 installation where the installToolPassword is not configured results in a simple error message without instructions on how to fix the issue.
The current error message is $GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['BE']['installToolPassword'] must not be empty.
TYPO3 should instead suggest ways to fix the issue, such as creating the FIRST_INSTALL file or generating a password hash.
