Exclude Lit component for infobox from install to backend namespace

Description
We want to use the lit component for the infobox inside our module.
There is a lit component inside the install namespace, but we cannot use this inside our module. Therefore, this component should be extracted into the backend namespace so it is available for all lit components in all modules.
I will push a first patch soon.
