Description
I wanted to create a backend-user, who should only upload files. The field ` Workspace permissions[workspace_perms]` is set to false per default. The Workspace are installed but not actively used.
I lost two hours, because I don't realise that I have to switch that toggle to true. Then my new backend-user for uploading files worked fine.
A simple notification in the description should have helped me to realize my misthinking.
I used TYPO3 11.

Could you tell where exactly you would expect some kind of "description"?
Files are part of the live workspace, so IMO if one uses workspaces, that should be something a user needs to know. So I'd more see this in the docs of the workspaces, and maybe not the GUI itself, because that might put a very specific scenario there, and might miss more Background, do you agree?
(If you're not using workspaces I recommend to remove it. It enlarges every SQL query otherwise and impacts performance)

Other resources are i.e. third-party-extensions.

I think that sounds sensible. I've made a patch to see what can become of it.
See screenshot of what I chose for the wording; I wanted it to be "easy on the eyes" and not confusing. Hope that worked out.
