The way the current select boxes for actions in the new workspaces module are arranged is quite confusing:

1) There are two select boxes while it would be easier to understand if there was only one
2) The right select box seems to affect all items, when selecting all items through the checkboxes, one can not use it anymore though
3) The differentiation of the two boxes is hard to understand in general: I wasn't involved in development, just like a regular editor. Why can't I discard multiple selected items at once f.e.? I can do that for all items at once though... The same issue occurs the other way around, why can't I send all items to a next stage at once? I can of course when I select all items through the checkboxes, but that would then be the same as not selecting any item and choosing an action from the right select box, that action is not available there however...

An example for these situations could be that I have changes by one editor only, I trust that editor and want to move his changes to the next stage without looking at them f.e.

Merging these two boxes would solve these misunderstandings I guess.
