Regression in TYPO3 4.5.1: pid and uid database fields are always 0

Description
There seems to be a regression merged to TYPO3 4.5.1:
If the scheduler task is run, or the link check is manually initiated, the record_uid and record_pid fields are always 0. Thus, the broken links are not shown in the module. This is not the case in 4.5.0.

I was able to reproduce this with the introduction package of 4.5.1
