change page icon in pagetree when "hide in menu" is checked

Description

When hiding a page with the clickmenu option "Hide" the icon of the page changes to: "/typo3/gfx/i/pages__h.gif".

But when checking the "nav_hide" checkbox in the page header, the icon won`t change. This is confusing and can cause unnecessary menu-debugging sessions on friday evenings;.-).
