Description

As stated above. We now have the "Hide in Menu" property for any page type, and should get rid of the page type ASAP because redundancy is evil and user-unfriendly. I know of the dreaded backwards-compatibility issue, but some sql should solve the transition.

This feature might easily be solved without carrying about backwards compatibility if we just let the feature exist but don't make it choosable anymore.
