Hi,

if you secure your BE by using https and you preview a page from the BE,
this preview will use http instead of http. As a result your BE session
gets dropped.

I had a look into the code and found that the code and found that "http"
was hardcoded in t3lib/class.t3lib_befunc.php : function viewOnClick and
EXT:viewpage/view/index.php : function main.

To avoid the above mentioned behaviour one could determine the protocol
using:

$protocol = (t3lib_div::getIndpEnv('TYPO3_SSL')?'https':'http');

I believe this is a bug which should be solved before 3.8.0 final gets shipped.
