I updated TYPO3.8 beta2.1 to TYPO3 3.8 final. Everything works all right the only problem I have is that in the backend that under the admin functions the Icons appear and the text “Clear cache in typo3conf” and “Clear FE cache” is not visible (clear cache functions an log-out are also not clickable).

The same fault occurs in the log-out button where the text is disappeared and in the list modus when I want to edit a document or folder there is no text in de edit menu. Help text as Show, Edit, New, Info, Copy, Cut are not available the other help text More options, Hide, Visibility settings, Edit page header and Delete are visible. Alt-text and other text elements for example: Show secondary options (palettes), Show field descriptions Disable, Rich Text Editor (RTE)

When I place the typo3 3.8 beta2.1 folder back all element are visible I checked the configuration and tried several other options but it won’t work. Can anyone tell me what the problem is or is it a bug in windows in combination with TYPO3?

I’ am working with W2k server with IIS and MySQL 4.0.23 and PHP 4.3.10
