Problem:

As other lines without a P tag the ADDRESS tag is wrapped with one from DB to RTE. But RTE and HtmlArea don't accept ADDRESS tags in paragraphs. Thea automatically modify the leading and the endig P tag into a new empty paragraph each, so that ADDRESS now stands outside paragraphs.

With every saving I get an annoying additional new line before and after the ADDRESS tag.

Therefore perhaps this tag should be added to the list $headListTags in class t3lib_parsehtml_proc as was done for the hr tag: http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/rtehtmlarea/Known_problems-4afe05f34e/#oodoc_part_8528

This list is not currently configurable.

Please report the problem against TYPO3 Core. For the time being, I will correct it from within htmlArea RTE. So if you have it installed, it should also work in the other RTE's.
