Description
For accessibility, it sometimes is necessary to set an image's width and height in "em" instead of in "px" so that it scales with the font size. Setting an image's size units should be supported.

as this issue is very old. Is this feature missing in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (6.2.9)?
If yes, can you provide a newer patch against master by using Gerrit? http://wiki.typo3.org/CWT
