Description

After the fixing of 0002099, the title of the install tool is not correct. The current title should be "Typo3 4.0beta1b" and not "Typo3 4.0beta1".

If this "bug" is easy to fix, it would be just more correct :)

Well it won't be fixed as we would have to release another beta then...

I'm questioning. So what? Should we release beta1c to fix the name in the title window?

After all it is correct that the name remains "4.0beta1" because feature-wise it's still this version.

Notice: only the archive name was changed, not the contents!
