Hello!
The popup shows an error
If the ext is installed locally or global in ext/ everything is ok (TER Version).
Could it be the following line in "t3_popup.php"?
...
define('TYPO3_MOD_PATH', "ext/rtehtmlarea/");
...
since htmlArea is sysext now...
