deletion of page: wrong split-screen-preview in rc2

Description
i deleted a page in the draft workspace. the icon in the page tree changed, showing me the page is going to be deleted. but when i preview the page i see that the page is already deleted (live version & workspace version show 'Error! The requested page does not exist!').
but when i access the page directly i see that it is not deleted (www.dummy.com/index.php?id=3). the preview from within the live workspace does work properly too.
in other words: the split-screen preview of the draft-workspace shows a wrong preview of the live-version (e.g. says page doesn't exist, which is not true).

I can confirm the bug but I think it's quite a minor bug that doesn't need to be fixed for 4.0.
