i already reported this in a previous post (0003021). but to make it more clear i provided a screenshot and posted this now in a separate thread.
see screenshot for details.
installation: typo3 4.0 rc2, from scratch using both packages on sourceforge (dummy-4.0rc2.zip, typo3_src-4.0rc2.zip taken from http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=20391&package_id=14557&release_id=23685 [^] on 29.3.2006).
os: windows 2000
browser: ie 6

again, it's an internet explorer (6.0.2800.1106) specific bug, it works in firefox!
