"Show content from this page instead" is still working as the advanced page type is changed to standard

Description
When page types are changed, between advanced and standard, the configured data (what is only available in the pagetype advanced ) will still be used.
I see 3 options: (there may be more)
1 leave it as it is.
2 update de database entry for the page on saving by removing obsolete data.
3 update the pagerendering by checking the proper pagetype, and filter the obsolete data.
(ofcourse this option should be configurable)
Option 3 is (in my eyes) the preferred one
Make an advanced page
fill in "Show content from this page instead"
change the page back to standard.

This is true for other fields as well. There is one possible solution ahead, that may be implemented for version 4.5 - remove the distinction between advanced and standard completely but rather have a tabbed interface for the various groups of options.

The distinction of standard and advanced is removed in 4.2
