Description

On TYPO3 4.0 indexed_search 2.9.0
with forceCharset = windows-1251

I see wrong charcters in
Tools -> Indexing -> List: TYPO3 Pages

Looks like this:
㥽“㥽»㥽°㥽㥽㥽㥽㥽°㥽㥽 㥽㥽㥽‚㥽㥽㥽°㥽㥽㥽
