Menu in Filelist module doesn't show with IE (it is OK with Mozila)

Description
When trying to edit an html template from the Filelist module the menu doesn't come up when using IE. It is OK when using Mozila.
I made a snapshot (see the uploaded file)

This doesn't bother me but it might be frustrating for some IE users following the nice tutorials.
If someone else addressed this issue sorry for repeating it.

Strange, I cannot confirm this. Are you sure you have JavaScript and ActiveX enabled?

I know that such problem was there some time ago and I think it got fixed.
Having a look at the market share IE6 still has and seeing that this issue is just reported once and without any further comments by others I think that it is a strange configuration issue.
I think we can close this (after 4 years)...
