Non-admin access to templatesrecords?

Hi!
I got a feature request that i guess many large scale t3 users would like.
As far as I know you have to be 'admin' to create, change and modifie templates in t3. When you have several domains in the same system and subprojectpages with there own webteams it would be nice to be able to grant a user or usergroup access to the template records in there branch of the page tree.

Of course, this works! No need for a new feature.
Access setting can be easily changed, to give access at least using the List module for normal users. Don't know, if the whole Template submodule can be permitted.
See EXT:stg_constants_for_users - the same way, you could also give access to title or setup or whatever you want.
