Description
I put it as "major" because this broken-image makes the website look like a website what is not in care anymore. So it's a very important thing in my eyes. tweak or minor is too less.
I suppose a mod_rewrite-rule is wrong, or maybe a wrong realurl-entry. I don't think the file is really not there.

this is a TIF image saved as a png by fault.
Can be fixed if the icon gets substituted. See attached PNG icon.

BTW this is not typo3.org related. It is a bug in extension "podkast".
Is the extension author reading this? ;)
