Description
It would be nice to have navigation titles for the page types shortcut and external url. This way the organizational name of the page (and the url with RealURL) could be separated from the text which is shown in the menu, which might be influenced by layout restrictions.

For shortcuts resolved by #22550.
Still missing for external URLs.

As this report is very old, is the handling in newer TYPO3 CMS Versions (like 6.0/6.1) more like you expect it?

To be honest, I don't have access to a newer TYPO3 version, so I cannot check it at the moment.
Since the issue is resolved for shortcuts, I suggest closing it.
