Hide subpages will make preview impossible

Description
If you select "hide page" in a pagetree and you choose "include subpages" the preview for the original page hidden will work, but the preview for the subpages will not work anymore.

I can reproduce this (today trunk rev. 4024):
Set a page to hidden, then preview page and a subpage -> works
Set page to hidden and include subpages, then preview page and subpage -> works for page, but 404 for subpage

And I have found somethink more: The preview of the subpage will display, when this subpage is hidden, too.

I can reproduce this too. Using TYPO3 4.2.8 (and TemplaVoila!)
