Description
I have set [setDBinit] to
"SET NAMES utf8
SET CHARACTER SET utf8"
Everytime I click on save (i mean not only the first time, but everytime, i get
"$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['SYS']['setDBinit'] = 'SET NAMES utf8'.chr(10).'SET CHARACTER SET utf8'"
Shouldn't this disappear after the first time I have saved it? Well.. It stays there..

I agree, and I even think that I once fixed this on my local installation. Will check it out later, after 4.1...

Resolved no longer reproducable with current trunk.
But there are still issues very similar to this one; see #17962 and friends.
