Description

Initial conditions:
TYPO3 4.0.5
TV 1.3.0
FE edit panel enabled with admPanel.module.edit.forceDisplayIcons=1

Try to use arrow icons to reorder CE (see screenshot).
That causes fatal error like this:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /{my_home_path}/typo3_src/t3lib/class.t3lib_tsfebeuserauth.php on line 1068

Try to re-order CE.
