Translate locallang.xml into cyrillic!

Description
I want to change latin values in locallang.xml ( sysext/indexed_search/pi ) into cyrillic values into Bulgarian language translation. When for example I translate not found or search to bulgarian text, in typo are question marks ( ???? ) only for translated words from locallang.xml file.
My typo is set to utf-8 and I DONT have other problems with cyrillic text.
I use UTF-8 editor and etc. The problem is only with this xml file.
My typo version is 4.1.1 .

Did you try to change the values of language "default"? Don't do that. Default is by definition iso-8869-1 only. Add your labes into the correct section. Even better use the plugin.tx_indexedsearch._LOCAL_LANG fearture and don't touch locallang.xml at all.
