Description

When I create a new page in a WS (auto-versioning disabled) I can make a translation of this page. But this translated page will not be avialable in Web>page until I publish the page for the first time.

As a workaround you can hide the page before publishing.

this bug no longer seems to be one in typo3 4.2.5

tried it and it works fine for me
