Description

You can use the Tools -> User Admin Module to disable your admin account. Its possible if the admin account is the only one so you have to connect to the database to change the flag "disable" to 1, otherwise you will not be able to login again.

I don't think this is a bug. The fact that an admin can kill his system is true for almost all software systems. He should know what he is doing.
Besides, even if you check this in the useradmin module and prevent the admin from screwing up there, he can use the list module or the phpmyadmin to delete his account. I would just leave it this way.

Resolved, won't fix:

Admin users can easily kill the system in many ways. For this particular issue: The install tool can be used to create a new admin user.
