In the draft workspace created elements could be seen in the live workspace, if you use the admin panel for hidden records.

Description
If you create a new content element like a text in the draft workspace you can see this one in the live workspace frontend, if there is "show hidden records" set to 1 in the admin panel.
The admin panel uses the workspace id 1 for displaying the hidden records and hidden pages but then there is a conflict in the TYPO3 function enableFields() which choose the right workspace to show.

could not reproduce this issue anymore with TYPO3 4.5.2. Please let me know if this issue is still valid for you. If not, I will close this issue in 4 weeks.
