When creating a new record in a draft workspace, this record is not selectable in an Relation Table

Description

When creating a new record in a workspace that is not the Live Workspace, the record created cannot be selected in an MM Relation Table, since the enableFields function prohibits the selection of records with t3ver_state != 0.

This means when you create a new Record which has no corresponding Live workspace entry you can't select it in backend.
