Description

In class 'ux_t3lib_DB' in INSERTquery and UPDATEquery there are hardcasts (the $mt stuff) like this:

$mt = $this->sql_field_metatype($table,$k);
$v = (($mt{0}=='I')||($mt{0}=='F')) ? (int)$v : $v;

this causes double values to be truncated to their prefixes like '12.99' becomes '12'.
