Description

After installation, it is impossible to login into backend.

I tried complete installation and 1 2 3 installation.
It seems that the user admin is not created into the database ?! (be_users empty)

I tried with the previous version : 4.0.7

OS :Windows Vista

apache : 2.2.6
mysql version : 5.0.45
php : 5.2.4
