Weird pagetree display with new "Not in menu" feature

Description

If options.pageTree.dontSeparateNotinmenuPages = 0 (default) and there is only one match, there will be a wrong pagetree icon above the text "Not shown in menu". This behavior disappears with two or more matches.

Please see attached screen shots for better understanding.

Attached patch fixes this by removing a obsolete css definition on class=last.

Tested on ff 2.0.0.8 (linux), opera 9.24 (linux) and ie 7. Also tested with options.pageTree.dontSeparateNotinmenuPages = 1 ( 0 default)
