Clear Cache command issues

Description
When clicking on the "clear all cache" command after switching the BE users language in IE7 there's just a JS error but no reload of the menus as it has been in older versions. So you have to manually reload the whole frameset to get the new language.
Additionally the German translation of the cache command is wrong:
The original commands are:
Clear all caches
Clear page content cache
Clear configuration cache
While the German translations (translated back to English) show:
Clear frontend cache
Clear page cache
Clear configuration cache
Don't know if the bug is in the English or German version though.

For the localization part: This is fixed in the most recent German translation.
For the rest: Is that still relevant?
