Description

I have changed class.t3lib_tceforms.php in such a way that the javascript function setFormValueManipulate now als supports sorting. Normally you can only move items up and down in the file element, but I needed it to be able to sort.
My problem is that everytime I upgrade the core I will lose this change. Is there any chance of including this as a new feature?

If so I can create a diff. Only problem is now that I made this for version 4.0.4 so not much use in creating a diff yet.

Well I finally upgraded to 4.2.1 and now created a diff file. If possible can this feature be added to the core? The diff now supports both sorting up and down. I also included the two icons for it. They go in typo3/gfx.
