Description
The following (wrong) permission set causes the problem with manual displaying because EM uploads zero byte file:
-rwx-wx--x 1 dima _www 149836 5 Feb 10:06 manual.sxw
Web server runs under _www group.
EM should check if file is readable before uploading anything and either refuse to upload extension or do not upload problematic files.
