Misleading texts: "lowlevel" has wrong title and wrong reference in sys_action

Description

In the extension manager the title of the extension lowlevel is misleading. It does not fit to the names of the modules:
In the extension lowlevel change the displayed name:
"Tools>Config+DBint" => "Tools>Configuration+DB Check".

In sys_action the DBint module is mentioned in the help-popup for the "Type" -> "SQL-Query".

It's pretty hard to find the correct module....
