"Frontend preview" label and checkbox is not translatable and cannot be hidden

Description
When working with workspaces, there is a checkbox and label "frontend preview" at the top menu of the backend. This label cannot be translated (because it's hardcoded).
Also, it would be nice to have a TSConfig option to completely hide that checkbox and label.

I've uploaded two patches.
The first one solves only first problem with translation. Second one also introduces new user TS config option for hiding "Frontend preview" label and checkbox.

However, I could not find this issue in Core List.

problem is not important anymore
it is already fixed in the new "toolbar"
alt_shortcut.php ist only for the "old" backend....
