Update to T3 4.2 final destroys my TypoScript Templates when they contain german "Umlaute"

Description

I tried an Update to T3 4.2 final and always the TypoScript templates get damaged, when it contains german "Umlaute" (ä, ö, ü, ...).

In the german mailing list they say, that "/* ... */"-Comments leads to the same behaviour.

This bug has also been reported to the german mailing list (news://news.typo3.org:)
