Description

After new src was installed:
- Installation Tool, compare db, perform updates.
- inside TS were some german "umlaute" defining META-Tags
- all char's which followed the umlaut were gone. TS was lost and had to be restored through a backup-db.
- Saving with umlaute worked without problems
