shortcuts are unaccessible if one label is too long

Description
see the screenshot. In this case there is no edit/delete-icon because label is too long. So there is no chance to edit this except direct in database
(issue imported from #M8539)
Files
FF shows a horizontal scrollbar for me if labels are that long. I can scroll to the right end and edit the shortcut.
But it would probably be better to enable crop titleLength for those strings.
@ Christian: That also was my thought. Anyone to write a patch?

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?
