Filelist does not create folders (Target was not a directory) when there is a "+" in the path name

Description

1.) TYPO3 >= v4.1.6
2.) Installation directory "typo3_src+dummy"
3.)Create more than one folder
4.) -> Target was not a directory
5.) Change Installation directory to "typo3_src"
6.) Create more than one folder
7.) Folders created

This issue was solved by renaming typo3_src+dummy to typo3_srcdummy
+ character was the issue
