Umlauts get displayed wrong in drop-down list of shortcut menu

Description

In the group drop-down list of the shortcut menu the umlaut isn't displayed correct.

The output is "Datenst007ae" instead of "Datensätze" (see screenshot).

Backend language is german.

When I choose "Datenst007ae" and save it, the "shortcut-group-label" is correct. Only the drop-down list has the broken output.
