Description

After update to version 4.2.1 I noticed several differences in the page rendering (mainly affecting css_styled_content). I found that the compatibility version in the install tool was changed to 3.8. Everything worked normal again after resetting this to 4.2 and clearing the cache.

I cannot reproduce this error as this was an automated update by a TYPO3 hoster (Mittwald, Germany).

Resolved, unable to reproduce.

- Either a dupe of #21853 or #21853
- Or no compat_version has been set at all. In this case the installer assumes the system was upgraded from pre 3.8, which is ok.

As the reporter is unable to reproduce this and give more information this issue is closed for now.
