There is no connection to the database! is the error message. I have double checked my information, with the username being abcde, the password being ab######, and the domain being http://test.com . Of course, that's just the format, not the real username, password, and domain name.

You entered "http://whatever.com" (with http scheme in front) into the field for the database host?

Resolved, no change required:
- Probably a user error
- No further feedback for half a year
